We are BACK with a Muaythai BAG WORKOUT today! Short, sweet and high intensity 15 minute session – though I think we’ll do a longer one next time (what do you guys think?) .. the 45 seconds work and 15 minutes rest felt too quick but a great way to keep the workout intense and focused.

R13 – Double Body Shots 12:20
R14 – Measure Jab to Elbow 13:20
R15 – Multiple Kicks (changing sides every 10 seconds) 14:20
